Ingredients

• 4 stalks asparagus
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1 salt
• 1 pepper
• 1 lemon
• 1 baguette

Instructions

• Roast 4 stalks of asparagus in a pan till suitably charred on all sides.
• Finish off by splashing some water, and covering the pan on a low flame to steam the stalks.
• Mix 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
• Cut a baguette into the same length as the asparagus stalks. Slice in half and lightly toast.
• Butter both slices, and spread the cottage cheese spread on one side.
• Place the asparagus stalks on top of the spread and firmly close the sandwich with the other slice.
