California Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 avocado
• 4 tbsp greek yogurt
• to taste salt
• to taste pepper
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tbsp kimchi
• 1 handful potato chips

Instructions

• Fry 2 eggs sunny side up.
• As the eggs are cooking, scoop out 1 avocado into a bowl.
• Add 4 tablespoons of greek yogurt and mash together.
• Season with salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of turmeric.
• Optionally, add 2 tablespoons of kimchi.
• Once the eggs are done, place them on top of the avocado mix.
• Top up with a handful of potato chips.
