Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teabag black tea
- 1 teaspoon dandy blend
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3/4 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Boil 1/4 cup of water.
- Steep 1 teabag of strong black tea for 5 minutes.
- Add a heaping teaspoon of dandy blend. The dandy blend contains both dandelion and chicory.
- Add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten. Adjust to taste.
- Add 3/4 cup of whole milk.
- Microwave for 1 minute on high and serve.
