Dandelion, and Chicory Chai

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup water
• 1 teabag black tea
• 1 teaspoon dandy blend
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 3/4 cup whole milk

Instructions

• Boil 1/4 cup of water.
• Steep 1 teabag of strong black tea for 5 minutes.
• Add a heaping teaspoon of dandy blend. The dandy blend contains both dandelion and chicory.
• Add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten. Adjust to taste.
• Add 3/4 cup of whole milk.
• Microwave for 1 minute on high and serve.
