Ingredients

• 1 mango
• 1 cup europan style yogurt
• 1 cardamom powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 honey

Instructions

• Peel a single mango, cut into chunks, and put into a blender.
• Add 1 cup of europan style yogurt to the blender.
• Add a sprinkle of cardamom powder, 1tsp of vanilla, and honey to taste.
• Blend until smooth.
